Tension-2000

Tension 2000 is a dry, tenacious, lubricious film consisting of a mixture of dissimilar materials that are extremely efficient in reducing the interfacial tension between the fastener itself and the work piece.

Under pressure, Tension 2000 forms a polyphase lubricating laminate between the fastener and the work piece to eliminate galling.

The molecular nature of this polyphase laminate allows precisely controlled torque on the fastener to provide the desired tension of the fastener on the work piece.

The applied dry to touch lubricant film is extremely tough and resistant to abrasion. Tension 2000 will assist in overcoming your current lubrication problems on bare metal, fasteners coated with zinc and wax or replacement for cadmium and wax. If supplied with specific torque drive requirements, Tension 2000 can be formulated to meet your desired specifications.
